Your account

Delete your account.

You can do this from the app under Settings → Danger zone → Delete Account, or here if you don't have it installed. Either way it is permanent.

What gets deleted

your profile, contact details, settings and survey answers
your dogs and their care details, reminders and walk logs
your trails, adventures, memories, comments, likes and votes
your meetups, join requests, invites, playdates and chat messages
your friends, friend requests, blocks, live location and lost dog alerts
the photos you uploaded

Trails, reviews, places and listings you published to the community stay on the map with your name and photo removed, because other people's ratings and plans depend on them — the Terms of Use explain why. Reports you filed and reports about you may be kept without a link to your account.

Sign in first

So that nobody else can delete your account, you need to sign in before we can do this.

Can't sign in? Email Shane9020@icloud.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you once we've confirmed it's yours.
